On Friday morning, I walked in to the grad lounge at school...where a surprise baby shower awaited me! It was so thoughtful of the wonderful girls in my program. Besides the essential diapers and wipes, I received some baby U of A gear, baby bath essentials, and (my favorite) a book called "If I Could Keep You Little," signed by everyone in the program. The book made me nostalgic for when the child will grow up...and he/she is not even here yet! I am so thankful for such thoughtful classmates.
In another nod to the creative gals in my program, a speech and language version of the Cupid Shuffle, made by my classmates, was posted to YouTube. It won't be that funny if you're not in speech and hearing, but we'd love as many hits as we can get!
